You can find how many credits you have to use to shop with in the ‘My Cash’ box on the lower right-hand side of the menu.
You can filter your search by using the drop down boxes at the top of the menu.
You can hover the cursor over an item’s icon to reveal more information about the item.
Once you have decided on what you wish to buy, left click on the item’s icon to bring up the value of how many you wish to purchase. This will always be defaulted to 1. Once the value has been entered click OK.
Confirmation of your order will come up on your screen. To continue, press “Buy it now.”
Your item will automatically be placed into the first free slot in your bags. If you do not have enough room in your bags at the time of purchase the transaction will be canceled and no credits will be taken from your account.

From here you would use your Cash Shop items like you would any other normal item in-game of that type. In order to redeem items gained from a Cash Shop coupon in-game you must first buy these coupons from the Cash Shop and then take them to your Hero NPC in your race’s HQ. Open the Item Combination tab and place the coupon in the combiner tool. 
Press the combine button in the middle of the tool. You will be asked to pay a certain fee to use the combiner tool. Press okay to continue and wait for the combination to take place. Once this has happened you will be informed of the items gained through the exchange.
