Monsters within RF Online can be found throughout Novus with varying difficulty. Throughout your adventures you will encounter some amazingly powerful monsters that require skill and prowess to battle; others you may wish to toy with before going for the kill.

Pit Bosses are an extremely powerful force; they are nigh-on un-killable in the early stages of the game with large groups being required to kill them and skilled warriors required to tank them. However in the later stages the earlier Pit Bosses begin to seem as if they are nothing in comparison to the stronger Pit Bosses such as Varas, Calliana Princess and Belphegore himself.

These bosses pose a large threat to Novus and are a fearsome sight. Only the brave of Novus attempt to take these Pit Bosses on and few return to tell the tale; however for their resolve they are rewarded well with rare items, for these monsters horde great treasures.
